How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Most full kitchen renovations run several weeks from demo to final walkthrough, depending on layout changes and material lead times. You get the timeline in writing with your quote — including when to order what — and photo updates throughout.
Can I keep my kitchen layout, or should I change it?
Keeping the layout is the most affordable path — plumbing and electrical stay put. But if the layout is the problem, moving it during a full renovation is the cheapest time to do it. On the site visit we'll price it straight and tell you which route makes sense for your kitchen.
Can you renovate a cottage kitchen?
Yes — cottage kitchens are a big part of our work. We plan around your season, protect the rest of the cottage, and can coordinate deliveries and work weeks with your opening and closing dates.
Will I be without a kitchen during the renovation?
For part of it, yes — that's honest for any full kitchen renovation. We plan the sequence to shrink that window, keep the site tidy, and many clients set up a temporary corner with a microwave and coffee maker. Your timeline spells out the phases so there are no surprises.
